On 1 December an official reception in honor of Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was held by "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund's Buenos Aires office. The Head of the State noted the important role of the Fund's Buenos Aires office in the development of Artsakh and expressed special gratitude to its director Jorge Mourekyan for patriotic activity. Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in Argentine, Uruguay and Chile Vladimir Karmirshal?an, head of the central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President David Babayan partook at the event.
