On 7 December in connection with the twenty-third anniversary of the Spitak Earthquake Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by top officials of the republic visited Stepanakert memorial complex and laid flowers to the monument of innocent victims of the natural disaster.It was announced to "NT" by the Central information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
