On 11 December President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Martouni region and in one of the military presidio of the second defensive area partook at the solemn ceremony of opening a new school. The President underlined that school building especially in military units is among the pivotal directions of patriotic education of the younger generation and the state will continue to keep this issue in the spotlight. President Sahakyan also visited the “Lousakert” poultry factory located in the town of Martouni and inspected its activities. On the same day the Head of the State partook at a ceremony of opening a new barrack complex in one of the military units of the third defense region. Afterwards Bako Sahakyan left for Moushkapat and Haghorti villages, met with the inhabitants and discussed problems they face. The President noted that optimal usage of existing potential is the guarantee of solving numerous issues and it is necessary carry out serious work in this direction both in local and regional government circles. Bako Sahakyan gave concrete instructions to the heads of corresponding structures for the solution of some issues. Speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials accompanied the President, the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informs.
