YEREVAN Jan. 9, (NT, AFP) The UN Security Council strongly condemned Croatia Monday for human rights violations and set a February 15 deadline for Zagreb to make amends.The Council urged Zagreb to arrest "all perpetrators and bring them promptly to trial."
