YEREVAN, OCTOBER 1, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA Ministry of Education and Science has worked out a new order of taking state final exams at Universities, according to which students taking state final exams are to be examined by tripartite specialist-representatives. As Levon Mkrtchian, the RA Minister of Education and Science, reported during the September 28 meeting with journalists, not only lecturers, but also other representatives of the given speciality, including those from the Ministry will be included in the commission during the examination. The Minister said that the lecturers included in an examination commission are not to be from the given University. It was also informed that a National Center for Education Quality will be also created by the end of the year, which will be engaged in giving ratings to Armenian Universities.
