YEREVAN, OCTOBER 30, NOYAN TAPAN. By the decree of the RA Minister of Foreign Affairs, Armen Liloyan was appointed the RA Consul General to Los Angeles on October 30. Noyan Tapan was informed about it by the RA Foreign Ministry's Press and Information Department. A.Liloyan was born in Yerevan, in 1971. He graduated from the Oriental Studies Department of the Yerevan State University. He studied in the London Diplomatic Academy, getting Master's title. A.Liloyan has been in the RA Foreign Ministry's structure since 1995. He occupied different posts at the Europe Department of the same structure, and he worked at the RA Embassy to Great Britain in 1988-2002. He has led the post of the Chief of the European Union Sectiont of the Foreign Ministry's Europe Department since 2002.
