YEREVAN, OCTOBER 5, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA National Assembly on October 4 discussed in first reading the government's bill envisaging amendments and additions to the RA Law on Welfare Payments. According to the main speaker, minister of labor and social issues Aghvan Vardanian, the bill clarifies the law's provisions that may cause variant reading. A new chapter on the order of granting allowances to families of killed national heroes of the RA has been added to the law. Until now this order was established by governmental decisions.
