YEREVAN, AUGUST 24, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA government has approved of the drafts of the 2008 state project and list of measures on employment regulation in the August 23 sitting. The project has been developed in accordance with the RA Law on "Social protection in case of employment and unemployment of population," which also follows the provisions set in the Poverty Reduction Strategic Paper, which was adopted by the RA government in 2003 and reconsidered in 2004. According to the information provided to Noyan Tapan by the Information and Public Relations' Department of the RA government, the project aims at implementing measures directed at the creation of conditions for providing a full and productive employment of population. According to this project, the recruitment of data concerning the situation of the job market, the increase of labour competitiveness in accordance with the current developments in economy, the expansion of employment volumes among the young, direction of employment projects to the extanuation of regional development disproportionalities, the improvement of the legislation on this sphere, as well as many others are problems of the sphere of employment.
