KAPAN, OCTOBER 31, NOYAN TAPAN. The Syunik Commission on Employment Assistance affirmed recently other 15 sub-programs within the framework of the "Paid Public Works" implemented by the RA Government. Those will start from November 1 and finish in a month. In fact, the 70 mln drams allocated to the marz this year will be spent by implementation of this program. The most part of the programs, 11 ones, will be implemented in Kapan, 3 ones in Goris, 1 in the marz of Sisian. 4 of the subprograms will be implemented in the rural communities and mainly involves works of repairing the inner-community roads, improvement of territories, irrigation channels. And one of the Kapan city subprograms of 156 thousand drams envisages tree planting. This will be implemented by the Hygienic and Anti-Epidemic Center of the marz on its territory. According to Ruben Poghosian, the Director of the Kapan Labour and Employment Assistance Center, in total 41 subprograms have already been implemented in the region, and one program in which 68 unemployed participate is in process. 772 people were involved in the implemented programs, 4 of them were students having their summer holidays. Other 190 people will be involved in further programs.
