YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 13, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA Appeal Court of Civil Cases dismissed on September 12 the lawsuit filed by 10 families of Byuzand Street, Yerevan, against the Armenian government, Yerevan Mayor's Office and the Yerevan Development Investment Program Implementation Office on the grounds that the lawsuit is unfounded. The residents of the areas, which are being sold with the aim of constructing Main Avenue demand that the development process be stopped since it is not in compliance with the RA constitution, human rights norms and the international commitments assumed by Armenia.
