VivaCell-MTS and Mediamax offer a chance to win an iPad2 by participating in the ‘Love and Tech’ quiz January 25, 2012, Yerevan, Armenia – VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC, and Mediamax News Agency, on the eve of the St. Sargis’ Day and St Valentine’s Day celebrated in February, present the Love and Tech joint project, the winner of which will get an iPad 2 tablet. To take part in the contest, participants have to submit an essay telling about the way the new technologies (Facebook, Twitter, smartphones, and gadgets) impact the life of people in love, whether they make expressions of love easier, or harder. Conditions for participation: - The size of the essay must not exceed 500 words or 1.5 pages; - Eligible for the participation are people under 40; - Authors must guarantee their authorship of the submitted work; in case of violation of the copyright, the participant will be disqualified; - The project started on January 23rd (publicized on www.Bravo.am; www.mediamax.am; www.itel.am); the essays must be submitted by February 10th (including). The essays should be sent to contest@mediamax.am indicating iPad contest in the “subject” line. Essays with subject line other than the indicated will not be considered. Other required attachments to the essay include: -Participant’s photo and phone number (to be published with the essay). Essays submitted without a photo or a phone number will not be considered for participation. All submitted essay will be published on the specially opened section on Mediamax’s http://www.Mediamax.am/am/specialprojects website, except the works, which obviously contradict the project requirements and logic, involve assertions and materials unrelated to the topic, or include offensive wording. The winner will be invited to VivaCell-MTS headquarters to get the prize. The winner of the contest will be decided by Mediamax and VivaCell-MTS joint jury. In case of problem with deciding the absolute winner, the jury reserves the right to invite the authors of the best essays for an interview to decide the best work.
