On 7 February President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to confer a title of Honoured Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic to Eduard Arushanyan, senior specialist of sports affairs of the Stepanakert city administration for input in the development of physical culture and sports. On the same day the President signed a decree on making changes in the composition of the State Commission on Coordinating Housing Programs formed by the order of the President signed on March 18, 2008. It was announcede to Noyan Tapan by the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
