On 13 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met chairman of the Union of Italian Armenians Payqar Svazyan and the Italian philantropist of Armenian origin Saro Khodaverdi. Issues related to establishing close cooperation with Artsakh in different spheres were discussed during the meeting. The Head of the State underlined the necessity of developing relations with the Italian Armenian community noting its significance for continuous strengthening of inter-Armenian ties. Minister of education and science Vladik Khachatryan, minister of culture and youth affairs Narine Aghabalyan partook at the meeting, the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informs.
