Member of British House of Lords, Baroness Emma Nicholson will head the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) during the May 6 parliamentary elections of Armenia, head of the Armenian delegation in PACE Davit Harutyunyan told Armenpress. “The delegation is comprised of 30 members, 5 of who will arrive in Armenia beforehand - before the elections. The main group will be present during the elections and the day following it,” said Davit Harutyunyan. Radmila Shekerinska, chief of OSCE /ODIHR mission for observance, will present the mandate of the mission, the volume and scope of the activity on March 21 in Yerevan. It is intended that 24 short-term and 250 long-term observers will follow the parliamentary elections of Armenia. The OSCE/ODIHR had received an invitation to implement a mission for observance by Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan.
