TBILISI, SEPTEMBER 7, NOYAN TAPAN. OSCE Secretary General Mark Perrin de Brichambaut will arrive in Georgia on September 8, reported CAUCASUS PRESS. He will meet with parliamentary and non-parliamentary opposition, President Mikheil Saakashvili, Parliament Speaker David Bakradze and Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze. The OSCE Secretary General will address the ambassadorial that opened on September 7 in Tbilisi and will meet with IDPs in the villages of Odzisi and Tserovani.
