From October 2 to 30 SCR holds the autumn examination for preparation of divisions to work in winter 2012-2013. Today the commission headed by the CEO of CJSC "SCR" Victor Rebets is to visit the railway track from Ayrum to Gyumri. In the period until November 15, the inspection of track, roadbed and structures, devices of power, automation, remote control and communications will be held. Also, from October 20 to November 30 an autumn inspection of locomotives and motor-car rolling stock of SCR will be held. Inspection supposes the entire fleet of locomotives and motor-car rolling stock except the waiting and repairing ones. The focus of the Commission will be the state of fire safety facilities and equipment ensuring the safety of trains. During the inspection of the infrastructure the commission will also focus on the preparation of snow clearing activities at major hubs and stations, implementation of repairs, winter trainings, preparing service and technical buildings and utilities and creation of conditions of work and rest for the railwaymen.
