ICT industry leaders will determine the areas for future development of the technology and innovation fields

Managers of information and communication sector enterprises will get together on February 23-24 at "Arturs" hotel in Aghveran with the aim to discuss the issues of future development of technology and innovation fields within the frames of the forum "ICT leaders meeting".
The forum agenda dwells around the following themes:
•Discussion of required changes within the frames of IT development concept;
•The importance of e-commerce development as an economic development incentive;
•Guiding map for the innovation field development;
•The performance of IT development concept.
The forum will be attended by the first Deputy Minister of Economy Karine Minasyan, Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Andranik Aleksanyan, the head of Computer Software Development and IT support Department of the RA State Revenue Committee Anahit Dilanyan, the chief tax inspector from Indirect Tax Division of the RA State Revenue Committee Sarkis Deghoyan, the Head of Information Technology Development Council Secretariat Armen Grigorian and ICT companies, with nearly 30 heads and representatives of other state bodies.
The proposals achieved as a result of joint discussions will be presented to the Government. The forum is organized by the Union of Information Technology Enterprises together with the RA Ministry of Economy.
Note that the "ICT Leaders Meeting" forum has been organized since 2007. The aim of the forum is to gather together representatives of the private and state sector and to discuss ICT related priorities in an informal atmosphere.
