On 2 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation dedicated to the issues of capital construction.
NKR minister of municipal engineering Karen Shahramanyan delivered a corresponding report.
In his speech President Sahakyan noted that the field of capital construction was among the largest segments of our economy and stood out as one of its driving forces. At the same time, the Head of the State recommended apply a more rigorous approach to maintaining quality of the works performed their schedules and the set deadlines of paying salaries.
Bako Sahakyan instructed heads of concerned structures on these issues, indicating that the process would be under his immediate control.
Prime-minister Ara Haroutyunyan, representatives of leading construction organizations and other officials partook at the consultation.
