On 14 March President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Zoya Lazaryan from the post of NKR minister of health upon her own request.
On the same day in accordance with another Presidential decree Haroutyun Koushkyan was appointed minister of health of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic.
