President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan was awarded with "Vachagan Barepasht" medal for personal merits and services shown to the Motherland, the Armenian Church and people and in connection with his 60th birthday anniversary.
