Calls to emergency response service numbers within VivaCell-MTS network are free for everyone

VivaCell-MTS informs that now the calls made to 112 and 911 emergency response service numbers on the territory of the VivaCell-MTS network coverage are free of charge for the subscribers of both VivaCell-MTS and other RA mobile operators’ subscribers.
