The heads of the delegations of Armenia and Azerbaijan in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) met in Strasbourg on April 28. The PACE President Mevlut Cavusogly also participated in the meeting, Radio Liberty reported, referring to the Azerbaijani news agency Trend. Head of the Azerbaijani delegation Samed Seidov said that the Karabakh conflict settlement issue was discussed at the meeting. According to him, an agreement was reached to hold the next meeting in June - with the participation of the opposition members of the delegations. As for the restoration of the subcommission on the Nagorno Karabakh problem, Seidov said the process has just begun and will continue.
