VivaCell-MTS’ new-generation flagship service center with customer-friendly environment and technology opened on Sayat-Nova Avenue, sets new standards in the category VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC, announces the launch of a flagship one-stop-shop service center in the center of Yerevan, on Sayat Nova Avenue. The service center runs for 16 hours a day, from 8:00 to 24:00, and operational 7 days a week. VivaCell-MTS has taken an interesting new approach to the service center’s design by creating an environment that goes far beyond the standard way customer care service is approached in Armenia’s mobile telecommunication market. The service center is a flagship in that it employs seamless exciting interior design, which creates a powerfully attractive and friendly environment where customers can receive maximum pleasure while browsing and testing the Company’s products and services. A number of customer solutions are put in place at the service center for displaying handsets and wireless modems, and key customer communication in line with the VivaCell-MTS service center design language reflecting the warmth, care and credibility of VivaCell-MTS brand. The focus is not only on enticing customers with the latest gadgets but also providing maximum comfort. The carefully placed lighting reflects off the seamless surfaces, enhancing the overall spirit of the area. The service center features self-service touch-screen machines on which visitors can check out VivaCell-MTS’ offerings. A new sound queuing system is put in place. The whole range of the company’s products and services is made available in the newly-opened service center including international roaming, post-paid and prepaid packages with respective tariff plans, different denomination scratch cards, paying bills, number selection, data tariff plans together with 3G modems and Wi-Fi routers, a wide range of mobile phones and other accessories, corporate packages, and other services. Customers can be aided by a quality and responsive staff or can choose to browse freely through the digital devices in search of products and services best fitting their individual needs. The new service center will serve both individuals as well as corporate customers.
