On 1 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan attended the town of Chartar and partook there at a solemn ceremony of opening a new kindergarten. 
The Head of the State highlighted the expansion of pre-school education in different regions of the republic, underlining that the issue would remain at the spotlight of the authorities. 
President Sahakyan expressed his gratitude to the philanthropist Vladimir Avagyan for the implementation of the project. 
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan and the republic’s high-ranking officials partook at the event.
