On November 18, 2015, at 13.30, the Azerbaijani side extradited contractual soldier of the NKR Defense Army Andranik Grigorian to the Karabakh side.
On March 22, 2015, the soldier passed to the Azerbaijani side, leaving the frontline military post of one of the units of the NKR Defense Army located in the eastern direction.
Grigorian's extradition to the Karabakh side took place through the mediation of the ICRC mission in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, near the settlement of Bash Karvend.
