On 24 June a solemn ceremony of handing in with diplomas and awards to students having graduated from the Artsakh State University with honors took place at the Residence of the Artsakh Republic President.
Congratulating the attendees, President Sahakyan noted that the state acknowledged any success accomplished by the young generation both in the sphere of education, professional career or the sacred duty of safeguarding the Motherland’s borders.
Bako Sahakyan underlined that the development of education and science was at the spotlight in Artsakh, where necessary conditions for the youth to acquire high quality education conforming to modern standards, to be literate, developed and deserving citizens of our country were being created.
National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials partook at the event.
