On 13 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory letter to President-elect of the Pridnestrovian Moldovian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky.
The letter runs as follows:
“Respectful Mr. Krasnoselsky,
On behalf of the people and authorities of the Artsakh Republic and personally myself I congratulate You on your victory in the presidential elections.
Our peoples and countries have much in common in history and values and we are interested in maintaining fraternal relationship with Pridnestrovie. We highly appreciate the friendship with your country.
I am convinced that under Your leadership the PMR will continue develop and strengthen its independent statehood on a constituent basis.
I wish success and all the best to You, peace and prosperity to fraternal Pridnestrovie.”
