On 22 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the town of Shoushi and got acquainted on site with the reconstruction process of the town’s Culture Center.
President Sahakyan underlined the importance of completing the cultural hearth reconstruction within the set period and the imperative of maintaining the high quality of the activities.
