On 11 April Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory letter to President-elect of the Republic of South Ossetia -State of Alanya Anatoly Bibilov.
The letter runs as follows:
«Your Excellency,
On behalf of the people, authorities of the Artsakh Republic and personally myself I cordially congratulate You on the victory in the presidential elections of the Republic of South Ossetia-State of Alanya.
I am confident, that Your personal qualities, passed way, knowledge and great experience as a state and military figure will create a suitable base for consistent development of fraternal South Ossetia and strengthening of its national statehood under Your leadership.
I once again extend my congratulations to You, respectful Mr. Bibilov, on being elected head of the state.
