OSCE Conducts Monitoring in Northwest Of Seysulan Village Of Martakert Region

According to the agreement reached with the Artsakh Republic authorities, on February 6 the OSCE Mission conducted a regular monitoring of the ceasefire regime at the line of contact between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan in the north-west direction of Seysulan village of the Martakert region.
From the positions of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Gennady Petri (Moldova) and Ogni Jovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), as well as Martin Staffer (Germany).
From the opposite side, the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and his Field Assistant Mikhail Olarun (Moldova).
The monitoring has passed according to the schedule.
From the Artsakh side the monitoring mission was accompanied by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh and the Ministry of Defense.
