"The budgetary expenses are incurred by 100% and any cases of salary nonpayment are exluded," RA Minister of Finance Tigran Davtian stated at the July 10 press conference, adding that no bid has been rejected so far and will not be rejected in the future, while expenses on salaries, pensions, social payments, including capital expenditures will be incurred in the same way as last year. "We have received alarm calls about nonpayment from various unknown sources, but these calls were unfounded," the minister noted. According to him, even if there have been temporary delays at some state institutions, it was a "technical shortcoming".
