On 18 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convened a working consultation devoted to the elimination of the consequences of strong wind and hail in the capital and a number of regions.
The President underscored the necessity of eliminating the consequences of natural disasters at a proper level, giving instructions to the heads of concerned structures in this regard.
In order to coordinate the work, an operational headquarters was set up at the head of state minister Grigori Martirosyan.
