Foreign Minister of Artsakh Received Coordinator of the «Congress of Refugees from the Azerbaijani SSR» NGO

On August 8, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh Republic) Masis Mayilian received Coordinator of the “Congress of Refugees from the Azerbaijani SSR” NGO Mariam Avagyan.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the issue of Armenian refugees from Azerbaijan in the context of the Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict settlement.
Masis Mayilian noted that Azerbaijan, as the organizer of the pogroms and ethnic cleansing, and as the initiator of the military aggression against Artsakh, bears full responsibility for both the Armenian and Azerbaijani refugees, who fell victim to the policy of official Baku on the settlement of the Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict by force.
Head of the “NKR Organization of Refugees” NGO Sarasar Saryan also participated in the meeting.
