President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan held consultations in the enlarged format of Martuni region. Advisor to the Artsakh Republic President Tigran Abrahamyan wrote this on his Facebook page.
"The main issue on the agenda is socio-economic development of the region, the process of attracting and attracting new investments," he wrote.
