On 2 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was present at the planned all-army command staff musters.
The Head of the State expressed conviction that holding such events would have a positive impact on enhancing the combat readiness of our armed forces and strengthening the national defense system.
The President gave relevant instructions to the supreme command staff for proper organization of the musters.
