On 3 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received the delegation of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund at the head of its executive director Haykak Arshamyan. 
At the beginning the Head of the State congratulated Haykak Arshamyan on assuming the responsible position and wished him productive work. 
Issues related to the implementation of diverse programs in Artsakh were on the discussion agenda of the talks.
