Armenia hosted businessmen and government officials from 10 countries

The acting prime minister of Armenia, the leaders and government representatives of partner states, as well as officials from EEU countries, have participated in the opening ceremony of the international exhibition forum Eurasian Week, the largest annual business event of the Eurasian Economic Union. The event was organized by the initiative of the Eurasian Economic Commission with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments and the Business Armenia Foundation.
 
More than 1500 representatives from 5 member states and other countries participate in the expo. “Business Armenia presents the investment climate of Armenia, its preferential regimes as well as other informational materials at a separate pavilion located at the main entrance of the event. Specialists of Business Armenia provide the necessary consulting to foreign businessmen interested in Armenia. This will continue throughout all 3 days of the event” stated Mr. Hayk Mirzoyan, Business Armenia’s Business Support team leader.
The International commerce team leader Mr. Narek Aleksanyan is to give a speech at the light industry session.
Companies from Armenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan present their products and services at the expo. Over 60 Armenian companies represent their products and services of the light industry, agricultural, jewelry, construction materials, and pharmaceutical sectors. The participant companies from different countries have already made partnerships and with the support of Business Armenia will continue to negotiate during the forum.
