On 8 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met a group of members of the Belgian Francophone circles comprising deputies of the Belgian Federal and Regional Parliaments, representatives of the public, political and scientific-cultural spheres.
Issues related to the bilateral relations in political, humanitarian, scientific-educational, cultural and other spheres were on a discussion agenda.
The Head of the State noted with satisfaction that Artsakh’s relations with the Francophone community and structures of Belgium are developing dynamically voicing hope that they will further on strengthen and expand.
