On 15 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was present at the opening ceremony of the library-reading hall of the “Matenadaran-Gandzasar” Scientific-Cultural Center in the Vank village of the Martakert region.
The Head of the State considered important the existence of such infrastructures from the viewpoint of developing education and science and upbringing the younger generation.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and other officials partook at the event.
