YEREVAN, APRIL 21, NOYAN TAPAN. RA President Serzh Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with U.S. Vice-President Joseph Biden on April 20 on the initiative of the American side. According to the RA President's Press Office, issues regarding the negotiations of Armenian-Turkish political dialogue were discussed during the telephone conversation.
