YEREVAN, APRIL 8, NOYAN TAPAN. Judges presiding over at all
five cases separated from the "case of the seven" became known.
As Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed by Alina
Yengoyan, RA Cassation Court Spokesperson on April 8, Shant
Haroutiunian's case will be examined by judge Edik Avetisian at
Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash communities' first instance
court, RA NA deputy Sasun Mikayelian's case by judge Hrayr
Sargsian at Kotayk region first instance court. And first
instance court judges Gagik Poghosian, Gagik Avetisian, and
Armen Khachatrian were earlier appointed judges of Yerevan
Kentron and Nork-Marash communities' first instance court on
cases of Grigor Voskerchian, NA deputies Hakob Hakobian and
Myasnik Malkhasian. No decision on fixing a court sitting has
been made on any of the cases.
It should be mentioned that Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash
communities' court presided over by judge Mnatsakan Martirosian
on April 1 made a decision to separate materials of cases on the
above mentioned five persons and to send them to Kotayk region
and Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash communities' first instance
courts according to jurisdiction. The court made that decision
discussing prosecutor party's petition of partially renouncing
the prosecution and changing the accusation brought.
