YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 26, NOYAN TAPAN. The Armenian Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanian on November 26 visited the Central Sport Club of Army (CSCA) in order to participate in the ceremony of delivering 10 dormitory apartments of CSCA for use by the Russian military base. According to the press service of the defence ministry, under the Russian-Armenian interstate agreement, the RA ministry of defence assumed an obligation to turn the above mentioned dormitory into lodgings for officers and provide them to the Russian military base. The minister met with the families of the Russian servicemen having a house-warming party, congratulated them and inquired about their problems. Then S. Ohanian went to the CSCA military unit, spoke with servicemen, and became acquainted with the conditions of their service. At the end of the visit the minister talked with the commanders of the military unit and familiarized himself with the existing problems.
