YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 30, NOYAN TAPAN. On September 30 the RA National Assembly passed in second reading and completely a government-submitted bill, by which an addition is made to the Law on Excise Tax. The addition fills a legislative gap and establishes the amount of payments for the purchase of each stamp for the goods which are made in Armenia and are subject to mandatory marking with excise stamps: 100 drams for ethyl spirits, 50 drams for alcoholic drinks, and 25 drams for cigarettes. Until now the law envisaged the amount of payments for the purchase of stamps for the indicated goods only if they were imported.
