YEREVAN, OCTOBER 26, NOYAN TAPAN. According to the RA law On the Order of Time Calculation in the Territory of Armenia, from October 28 Armenia passes to winter time. As Noyan Tapan was informed by the Press Service of the RA Ministry of Trade and Economic Development, at 03:00 on that day the clocks should be put an hour back.
