YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, NOYAN TAPAN. The Nig-Aparan compatriot charity NGO, during 2007, has instituted two memorial medals, "My Friend" and "Honorary Member." According to Aghvan Hovsepian, Nig-Aparan's Honorary Chairman, RA Prosecutor General, people not being Nig-Aparan's members, but having a contribution in its activity will be awarded "My Friend" medal. And organization's most active members will be awarded "Honorary Member" medal. By the decision of Nig-Aparan's Board, the first "My Friend" medals were given to RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsian, RA Minister of Education and Science Levon Mkrtchian, RA MP Gagik Tsarukian, Chairman of Unity of Compatriotic Unions NGO Vahram Baghdasarian, and a number of other political-public figures.
