YEREVAN, OCTOBER 2, NOYAN TAPAN. It is envisaged to sign an agreement on cooperation and on becoming sister cities between Yerevan and Sochi in the coming months. Yerevan Mayor Yervand Zakharian said this during the October 2 meeting with the members of the delegation of Sochi Mayor's Office in Armenia. He said that the agreement will envisage cooperation between the two cities' healthcare, construction, cultural, economic spheres. According to Sochi Deputy Mayor Irina Badalian, there are real bases for the two cities' cooperation. "I am sure that this meeting is the start of a long-lasting, serious dialogue between the two cities," she said.
