YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, NOYAN TAPAN. At the September 27 sitting, the Armenian government made amendments and additions to the Decision on Approval of the Order of Record of Sub-Units and Establishments Provided to Legal Entities and the Decision on Aproval of the Regulations and Structure of the RA Justice Ministry's Agency of State Register of Legal Entities. The deputy minister of justice Anatoly Matevosian stated at a briefing following the sitting that the adoption of the decisions is conditioned by passing the law on making amendments and additions to the RA Law on State Registration of Legal Entities. A. Matevosian said that sub-units provided to 1,710 legal entities are currently registered in Armenia, incliding 451 sub-units of foreign legal entities. According to the deputy minister, more and more foreign organizations intend to have a sub-unit in Armenia with every passing year so the requirements of their registration and the lists of documents on termination of their activities have been specified. The adopted decisions also apply to 2,620 state institutions.
