YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 24, NOYAN TAPAN. A youth camp will be built in the vicinity of Dilijan in the forthcoming two years. According to Ruben Vardanian, the Founder and President of the Russian "Troika Dialog" holding, the sketch of the construction of the camp has been developed within the frameworks of the "Armenia - 2020" program. Andrey Mkrtchian, the head of the "Ameria" consulting and law firm, as well is taking part in the implementation of the program. According to Ruben Vardanian, the Yerevan Monthly has been created, a statue dedicated to duduk has been set up in Moscow, the best works of the international literature are being published in the Armenian language, and the works of the masters of the Armenian literature in the Russian and other languages within the frameworks of the program. "All that is very important for the creation of the sphere, which, in particular, will provide Armenian and foreign young people with an opportunity to learn more about Armenia," Ruben Vardanian believes.
