On 6 July President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which for substantial contribution to the development of health sphere in the Artsakh Republic “The Gratitude” medal was awarded to professor of the University of California, Irvine, obstetrician-gynecologist Petros Kojoyan and general manager of Yerevan “Shengavit” medical center Sergey Houroumyan. "Noyan Tapan" was informed about this by the central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President.
