CARDIFF, APRIL 19, NOYAN TAPAN. The European Football Union (UEFA) congress took place in the city of Cardiff, on April 18. It was expected that the competition place for meetings of the national teams of Armenia and Azerbaijan by the Euro-2008 elimination stage program will be decided. But, the UEFA decided to touch upon this issue in June.
